  1. Product Overview Polyaluminum chloride iron is a new type of inorganic polymer coagulant made from iron and aluminum salts through a polymerization reaction. Compared to traditional polyaluminum chloride, polyaluminum chloride iron has better coagulation effects while reducing the release of aluminum ions, thereby reducing the degree of environmental pollution.
  2. Product Features Our polyaluminum chloride iron product has the following features:
  • High efficiency: Polyaluminum chloride iron has a good coagulation effect on various suspended solids, colloids, and organic matter in water, with a significant purification effect on water quality.
  • Low dosage: Polyaluminum chloride iron requires a small dosage to achieve a good treatment effect, while reducing the release of aluminum ions.
  • Stability: Polyaluminum chloride iron has good stability and can work stably under a wide range of water conditions.
  • Wide applicability: Polyaluminum chloride iron can be applied to various treatment processes, such as precipitation, filtration, and ion exchange.
  • Environmental friendly: Polyaluminum chloride iron reduces the release of aluminum ions and has a smaller impact on the environment.
  1. Application Areas Our polyaluminum chloride iron product is suitable for the following areas:
  • Tap water treatment: It can be used for the purification and deep treatment of tap water, removing turbidity, organic matter, and microorganisms.
  • Industrial water treatment: It can be used for the solid-liquid separation, precipitation, filtration, and removal of suspended solids, colloids, and organic matter in industrial wastewater.
  • Pulp and papermaking: It can be used for deinking, improving whiteness, and separating suspended solids in the pulp and papermaking industry.
  • Urban wastewater treatment: It can be used for the purification and reuse of urban wastewater.
  1. Usage Instructions Our polyaluminum chloride iron product is easy to use and can be used according to different application areas and processing methods. Generally, it is recommended to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or the advice of a professional to ensure the best results.
For tap water and industrial water treatment, we recommend adding polyaluminum chloride iron to the water and then mixing it. The recommended dosage is usually 5-40 mg/L, depending on the actual situation and processing technology. For pulp and papermaking, the recommended dosage is usually 0.5-5 kg/t (based on the weight of pulp), which can effectively remove pigments, suspended solids, and organic matter, and improve whiteness and gloss. For urban wastewater treatment, the recommended dosage is usually 20-120 mg/L, which can remove suspended solids, colloids, and organic matter in wastewater and improve water quality.
